Birthday at Tail in the Mud PotteryTail in the Mud Pottry Studio (our neighbors -in- the building) are celebrating a year in business and we are celebrating with them.
We may demonstrate some of the wonders of blacksmithing. There will probably be some clay on the wheel at Tail in the Mud Pottery in the other end of the building.
We will convert forge 3 to a grill by charging it with charcoal instead of coal (feel free to bring things to cook on a stick or grill [but please no raw chicken or pork]),
and we plan to mull cider properly... with mullers and loggerheads.
Unlike most barbecues, weather doesn't change our plans, we are set up to do it indoors.
There will be tables of ironwork and pottery for sale but there will be no high-pressure sales talk; it's a party and we're here to enjoy it too.
But hey, if you ask about taking classes or learning about blacksmithing or pottery...
