Forge Welding Practice
Sticking Stuff Together

A Sundays at the Forge session.

Roughly 20 minutes of talk, and the rest of the session will be 'practicum'with the instructor and the other students off whom to bounce questions, ideas, and problems.We'll be refreshing the basic concepts of forge welding, then trying various types of weld as time allows.

Gift Certificates for Forge Welding Practice are available.

Fee: $35 per student
Maximum 8 students, two per forge

Prerequisite:

Required: A rapid Covid test that day.
Yes, really, we're still asking for it in 2024.
It's still out there, and no fun at all.

Some hammerskill required. The student should have at least attempted a forge weld before.

Please wear proper clothing for visiting or working in the forge:
closed toe shoes (preferably leather, preferably high-topped. Sneakers are sufficient, sandals, crocs, pumps, mules... are not), natural fiber clothing, long pants that cover the tops of the shoes.
