Not-So Simple Knives
with integral bolsters

A chance for our more advanced students to make a small kitchen/paring-style knife with an integral bolster and pinned wooden scale handle.
We'll be making one a bit smaller than
the one shown here (more like a 2 or 2.5" blade).

Wood for scales will be available for purchase at reasonable rates, or students may bring their own.

Gift Certificates for Not-So Simple Knives are available.
